The Department of Construction and Urbanism of Intecsa develops work in the field of urbanism, architecture and Integrated Project Management. It has an interdisciplinary organization that covers all the areas of an action in building, from the specifically architectural, the economic, financial and urban matters, the engineering in the technical fields ranging from geotechnical to structural design, mechanical, electrical, security, etc. and, of course, the organization, management and control of projects.
It can provide the technical and management support that the new building demands and that permits to ensure the achievement of all the quality targets, prices and termination deadlines anticipated.
Phases: initial customer advice, feasibility studies, basic and constructive project, documentation for permits and licenses, assistance in the selection of contractors, project management, direction and supervision of works, assistance at reception and commissioning, and follow-up of warranty periods. Other work: client support, analysis and technical understanding of existing buildings, appraisals and rates. The principal fields of action are:
