Open typology building, surrounded by gardened free spaces, dedicated to Secondary Teaching Institute (16 units) and Bachelor's (6 unidades).

The building has a peine scheme, in which the modules with the classrooms, the administrative module and the multi-use room are united through a main axis of communications.
Outdoor urbanization with parking, play areas and gardened areas.
