Three separate parts make up the building.
Flanking the building on the sides, the groups of offices are organized in two blocks of 5 heights each and the third has the common areas, which both share and are positioned between the two blocks.
This middle component has a height of 2 levels and is articulated around a plaza, which is overlooked by the seminary as a cloister.
